“We expected 2 to 3 days na matapos po yung hot tapping and we will set up na po yung mga siphoning pipe lines, check po yung mga waste disposal para makapagsimula na tayo dito. Yun pong full blown siphoning, we are hoping next week makapagsimula na tayo if weather permits” Encina said.
