MANILA (UPDATE) — Heavy rains brought by tropical storm Enteng have caused flooding in parts of Metro Manila, here's a running list of streets and roads that have been affected.


QUEZON CITY 

  • Katipunan CP Garcia SBAll lanes passable as of 7:50 a.m.
  • Commonwealth Doña Carmen WB, Gutter Deep. Passable to all types of vehicles. (Subsided) 
  • Commonwealth Ylanan EB, Gutter Deep. Passable to all types of vehicles. 
  • Commonwealth University Ave. EB, Gutter Deep. Passable to all types of vehicles 
  • Commonwealth  Don Antonio WB, Gutter Deep. Passable to all types of vehicles. (Subsided)
