The PAOCC has at least 10 Chinese witnesses who testified that they were brought to the Lucky South 99 compound in Porac, Pampanga to work on “scamming activities,” said PAOCC spokesperson Winston Casio.

The PAOCC also secured 4 Filipino nationals who have direct knowledge about the alleged “physical abuse, kidnapping and forceful abduction” that happened in the Lucky South 99 compound, he said.

The PAOCC earlier filed human trafficking cases against Lucky South 99 official representative Cassandra Li Ong and several others connected to the illegal gambling hub in Pampanga.
