Former congressman Arnolfo Teves was arrested at a golf driving range in East Timor this week, as seen in drone footage obtained by ABS-CBN News on Friday.
Teves was the alleged mastermind of the March 2023 attack that killed Roel Degamo, then-governor of Negros Oriental, and nine others.
