Pinaghahanda ang mga residenteng nakatira sa paligid ng Prinza Dam sa General Trias, Cavite dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng antas ng tubig doon.
Ayon kay Fernando Olimpo, head ng General Trias disaster office, umabot na sa Level 2 o orange level ang antas ng tubig sa Prinza Dam nitong alas-8 ng umaga ng Linggo, dahil sa patuloy na pag-ulan/
Kung tutuusin, mababa na aniya ito kompara noong Sabado na umabot sa Level 3 o critical level ang tubig sa dam, na nangangahulugan ng napipintong pag-apaw.
Ayon kay Olimpo, sakaling umapaw ang dam, nasa 14 na barangay sa bayan ang posibleng bahain.

Mula alas-6 ng gabi noong Sabado, umabot sa 252 indibidwal o 52 pamilya ang lumikas sa General Trias dahil sa pagbaha bunsod ng pag-apaw ng mga ilog at irrigation canal.
Hindi pa rin pinadadaanan sa ngayon ang Sta. Clara-Vibora Bypass bridge dahil sa pag-apaw ng tubig sa ilog.
