Anthony Bourdain talked about his love for sisig numerous times in interviews.

In one instance, the late celebrated chef talked about the popular Kapampangan pork dish with Claude Tayag, who first introduced him to the delicacy in 2008.

Their sit-down interview, which also featured K.F. Seetoh, founder of the World Street Food Congress, aired on “Chasing Flavors” last August 2017.

The celebrity chef had praised Filipino food, calling it the "next big thing."
