On X, LLOUD said the 27-year-old artist will drop the song "Moonlit Floor" at 8 p.m. Eastern time on October 3 (8 a.m. Manila time on October 4).

Ahead of the announcement, however, Lisa debuted the song at the 2024 Global Citizen Festival, an annual music festival aimed at addressing extreme poverty. The advocacy-driven event was held in New York City on early Sunday (Manila time).

Notably, "Moonlit Floor" interpolates American band Sixpence None The Richer's 1998 hit "Kiss Me."

The upcoming song follows Lisa's recent string of solo singles, including "Rockstar" in June and "New Woman" with Spanish singer Rosalía in August.

In recent months, the four members of Blackpink have mostly focused on their solo careers, though YG Entertainment, the K-pop label managing the group, has said the team would make a comeback and embark on a world tour in 2025.
