MANILA -- Isang fangirl at isang charmer ang dalawa sa bagong housemates na papasok sa Bahay ni Kuya sa "Pinoy Big Brother: Connect."

Sa "It's Showtime" nitong Martes, ipinakilala na si Jie-Ann Armero, tinaguriang "Ang Kwelang Fangirl ng Saranggani."

Ayon ay Jie-Ann, 16, isa siyang solid Kapamilya fan. Aniya, pinakapaborito niyang tambalan sina Kathryn Bernardo at Daniel Padilla.

Samantala, binansagan namang "Ang Charmer Striker ng Parañaque" si Kobie Brown.

Mula sa Manchester, UK si Kobie, 17 pero naninirahan ngayon sa Parañaque. Aminado si Kobie na miss na niya ang kanyang pamilya at hiling niya ang panalangin nito para sa kanya.

Narito ang pagpapakilala kina Jie-Ann at Kobie bilang mga bagong housemate ng "Pinoy Big Brother: Connect." Panoorin ang video sa markang 20:41 hanggang 25:37

Sa Disyembre 5, ipapalabas naman sa Kumu ang unang hamon sa mga housemate bago pa man sila pumasok sa Bahay ni Kuya,

Labing-apat na housemates ang nakatakdang magsama-sama sa loob ng Big Brother house simula ngayong Linggo, Disyembre 6.

Nitong Lunes, una nang ipinakilala ang 18-anyos na si Andrea Abaya.

Isang cheerleader mula pa noong high school hanggang pumasok sa kolehiyo, mataas ang kumpiyansa sa sarili ni Andrea na nakuha niya bilang bahahi ng pep squad.

Bago pa ang "PBB," nakagawa na rin ng ilang TV commercials si Andrea na sanay din sa social media.

Palaban at vocal naman ang housemate na si Justin Joseph Dizon, 22, mula San Fernando, Pampanga. Tapos si Dizon ng AB Communications at hilig makipagdebate.

MANILA -- British-Norwegian boy band A1 returned to the Philippines for their much-anticipated “A1 Valentine’s Tour,” serenading Filipino fans with a nostalgic night of hits and heartfelt performances at the New Frontier Center in Quezon City.

The veteran band held a 2-day performance, featuring Ben Adams, Christian Ingebrigtsen, Mark Read, and Paul Marazzi, who delighted the crowd with a 19-song setlist.

The night kicked off with their opening song “Heaven by Your Side,” setting a romantic tone perfect for the Valentine's occasion.

The group also performed fan-favorite hits such as “Everytime,” “Like a Rose,” and “Forever in Love,” bringing back memories for longtime supporters.

The concert was a dream come true for fans who have followed A1 since their rise to fame in the late ’90s and early 2000s.

“I’m a ’90s baby, kaya naman gustong-gusto ko talaga 'yung A1. Talagang inabangan ko itong araw na ito para makapunta sa Valentine’s concert nila,” a fan named Maria Socorro La Luna said.

Meanwhile, younger fans were also eager to witness the iconic group live.

Marc Angelo Mallari, 24, shared his reason for attending: “I’m pretty sure I’m the only person in my circle watching this. I’m here because I want to expand my music discography and knowledge. This is just one of my attempts to widen my appreciation for music.”

The band’s music has also transcended generations, with 64-year-old Josephine Osorio traveling all the way from Bulacan to Quezon City just to see them live.

“Simula pa noong mga bata pa sila, sila na talaga ang pinakikinggan ko. Ilang beses na silang bumalik dito, talagang eager akong makita sila,” she shared.

“Timeless talaga ang music ng A1. Kita mo naman, 64 na ako pero nandito ako para manood. Bulacan pa ako, dinayo ko talaga sila," she added.

This visit marks A1’s latest stop in the country, following their “Twenty Five” concert tour in 2023. The Philippines has long been a special place for the group, having also performed in Manila in 2018.
