In previous interviews, Morales explained that Lee violated a court ruling that allowed her former boyfriend visitation rights every Saturday when he detained Ceana from May 13 to 22. She also claimed that her daughter experienced "slight behavioral changes" after the incident.

Lee has denied Morales's allegations, which he called "lies," and has since filed libel charges against the ex-"Born For You" star. He maintained that he did nothing wrong in keeping Ceana for nine days, considering that Morales had owed him 10 days with their daughter.

"During the days I was with Ceana, my lawyers were constantly in touch with her lawyer and family. They knew when I was going to take my daughter home," Lee said. "Ceana was not traumatized while with me and spent time with her siblings and family. We have photos and videos during this time."

Responding to the accusations of libel, Morales bared Lee's "bullying tactics" and claimed that in 2013, Lee framed charges against her household help and threatened to have her arrested if he was not granted visitation rights for Ceana.

In 2013, Lee, along with several others, was accused of blindfolding and attacking "It's Showtime" host Vhong Navarro inside condominium unit of model Deniece Cornejo at Forbeswood Heights in Taguig City.

Last July, the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 153 junked Navarro's bid to reverse an earlier ruling granting bail to Lee in connection with the serious illegal detention case filed by the television host.

Lee was also tagged in the alleged unlawful release of P23 million and P14 million for the Mariveles, Bataan public market project, which was never constructed. He has since pleaded not guilty to graft and malversation of public funds.
