"Three days of the hardest training I have undergone," he recalled, before adding: "We were pushed physically and mentally beyond our limits. I have learned so much in just three days."

He shared that he was named their company's leader, learning how to "lead and stay composed despite any situation," and that they only had two hours of sleep. Anderson also remembered eating meals while lying down in mud.
