She's found her "one and only" and she wants the world to know it.

Jessy Mendiola marked the birthday of her boyfriend, Luis Manzano, on Saturday with a romantic post, revealing how she considers him to be the "biggest blessing" she has ever received.

"I thank God everyday for giving me a man who loves me for who I am and supports everything I want to do," she wrote as the caption to a photo of Manzano she shared for her sweet tribute.

"You take all my fears away," she continued, "and replaced them with hope and happiness. You are a good man, that’s why I'm so LUCKY to be loved by someone like you."

"I love you with all my heart, nothing will ever change that. Happy birthday my one and only howhow!!"

Manzano has been with Mendiola since 2016. In February, he opened up about their plans to tie the knot.

Manzano turned a year older this Saturday. He also received a sweet message from her celebrity best friend, Anne Curtis.

The "It's Showtime" host dug out a photo of Manzano crying at her wedding last year, and wrote: "People may think that you’re always such a joker and 'macho man' (dahil birthday mo lang yan ha) but I’ve seen the caring and soft side of you!"

"Thank you for being my best and only guy best friend! For life ito!" she added.

This is in addition to the surprise she got from her mother, Batangas Rep. Vilma Santos-Recto.
