Mikhail Red is definitely a busy man, delving into different genres as he looks to live up to his increasing reputation as one of the best young directors in the country at the moment. "Dead Kids" is another one of his upcoming projects and it is his take on black comedy.

The first teaser trailer for the Globe Studios production was released Tuesday and it provides a glimpse into what the movie is all about: a ragtag group of high school kids attempting to kidnap their classmate, who is a son of a corrupt politician.

The clip debuted through Screen Anarchy.

The script for "Dead Kids" is written by Red's brother, Nikolas. It stars Sue Ramirez, Khalil Ramos, and Markus Paterson, among others.
