Jay Kummer "Dodoy" Teberio, a 21-year-old student who sells bottled water to finish his studies, has finally graduated from college.

Dodoy graduated from the University of Cebu with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Major in Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health Tuesday.

As a bottled water vendor, Dodoy stands out from others. He is often seen wearing a wide-brimmed hat with flowers, red lipstick, and a big smile which amuses his customers.

He lives in a shanty in Sitio Mahayahay, Barangay Carreta, Cebu City with his family.

His parents said they allowed Dodoy to become a vendor as they barely have enough to make ends meet. Dodoy earns P500 a day selling water. What he earns, he shares with his family.
