Their inclusion in the bulletin is meant to ensure that the persons of interest remain within the Department of Justice's jurisdiction while the case is under investigation.

The bulletin tasks immigration officers to be on the lookout for the listed individuals should they pass immigration counters.

The Bureau of Immigration confirmed Thursday that Trangia has left for Taiwan prior to the issuance of the lookout order. Solano meanwhile surrendered to authorities.
