MANILA -- "Ready Player One" star Tye Sheridan is coming to the Philippines.
The Hollywood actor, also known for his role as Cyclops in "X-Men: Apocalypse," is one of the headlining guests of this year's AsiaPOP Comicon Manila, it was announced Wednesday.
He replaces "Iron Fist" star Jessica Henwick, who had to cancel her appearance at the event due to "unforeseen circumstances."
He will be joined by Henwick's co-star, Finn Jones.

Sheridan was the lead star of the much-anticipated adaptation of the sci-fi novel, "Ready Player One," from Steven Spielberg. It was released earlier this year to generally positive reviews.
