MANILA - Luis Manzano has only one wish for Angel Locsin on the actress' 31st birthday.

"Ang wish ko para kay Angel ay definitely the best of health, hindi lang para sa kanya kung hindi para na rin sa pamilya niya," Manzano said when asked for his birthday message for Locsin.

Manzano was speaking at the start of of "Pilipinas Got Talent" on Saturday. Manzano is a host while Locsin is a judge of the talent competition.

The two have long been rumored to have broken up. They have yet to confirm the split, however, but Locsin did refer to Manzano on an Instagram post back in February as her "ex."

Manzano, for his part, said that he is "friends" with Locsin when prodded by the press to address the rumors. "Ayaw ko nang i-expound talaga kasi nakakahiya sa tao. Masasabihan ako na user. Kumbaga less talk, less mistakes," he told reporters.

Meanwhile, co-judge Robin Padilla also had a birthday message for Locsin. "Ang kahilingan ko lang sa Maykapal ay gumaling ka na para magawa mo na iyong Darna," the action star said.

Locsin had to back out of the planned movie about the Filipina superheroine due to health issues. She has since been undergoing several medical procedures in Singapore and in the country for the disc bulge in her spine.

In past interviews, Locsin refused to dismiss rumors about her taking the mantle of Darna once she recovers from her spine problem, but maintained that her health is her number one priority.
