MANILA – Luis Manzano has several new projects coming up -- and this is enough for him to be happy.

This was his answer when asked by ABS-CBN News’ Mario Dumaual about his personal life.

“Sabi ko nga, ang daming nangyayaring maganda para magkaroon ng micronutrient deficiency sa puso,” he said. “You’re given one shot at it. Why not live life?”

Last January, Manzano and Angel Locsin admitted to having problems in their relationship.

While they have yet to officially confirm reports about their split, Locsin referred to Manzano as her “ex” in an Instagram post in February.

Despite this, Manzano remains positive. “There’s always hope sa mga buhay natin. It’s very unfair to live life without any hope in any aspect of your life whether be love or career. With life comes hope, with hope comes love,” he said.

“Dadating din 'yun in God’s perfect time. Kahit ano pa iyon, dadating at dadating din naman,” the TV host continued.

Meanwhile, Manzano shared his excitement about hosting another game show which will air on ABS-CBN every weekend.

Manzano is the host of "Family Feud," which will debut on April 9, airing every Saturday and Sunday.

“Kung nasanay kayo sa ibang game show na isa-isang naglalaro, ito pamilya laban sa ibang pamilya. Kilala natin ang ABS-CBN kapag pinag-uusapan ang mga best game shows in the industry,” he said.

Manzano also explained why how this is different from his previous game shows.

“Masaya ang trabaho ko. Kahit ako nagulat na masaya ang ‘Family Feud.’ After every taping, it leaves a smile on my face dahil sa mga kakaibang sagot na binibigay nila at mga kakaibang reaksyon. Magugulat kayo sa mga tanong at sa mga sagot,” he said.
