Convicted rapist-killer Antonio Sanchez claims 'set-up' in killing of 2 students

Over two decades have passed and yet convicted rapist-killer Antonio Sanchez still insists he was framed in the brutal killing of two university students in 1993. 

The former town mayor of Calauan, Laguna also claims that while he's been in prison he has made important contributions that entitle him to be set free sooner. Ron
