Facts First: Cardema's back door to Congress

On the eve of the May 13 elections, National Youth Commission Chairman Ronald Cardema filed for substitution to become the lone nominee of winning party-list group Duterte Youth, a group of hard-line supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte.

Before that, he campaigned for the party-list group, while still holding a government position--a possible election offense. In this edition of Facts First, Christian Esguerra tells us about the 33-year-old's backdoor to Congress.
