Showing some swagger inside the ring is an image that's rarely connected with Manny Pacquiao.

But the Filipino world champion couldn't help but bust out a move in the early going of his title fight with Keith Thurman in Las Vegas on Sunday (Saturday, Manila time).

Reminiscent of Muhammad Ali, Pacquiao did "the Greatest's" famed shuffle to end the first round, a stretch that saw Pacquiao go all out at Thurman and even led to the American fighter falling on the canvas.

Thurman had talked a lot of trash in the days leading up to this weekend's fight, which annoyed Pacquiao.

Everyone who surrounded Pacquiao, and even he himself, acknowledged that Thurman's apparent show of disrespect lit a fire in Pacquiao.

Pacquiao had vowed to let his fists do the talking, and he delivered on that promise in a dominant win against Thurman.
