Senator Leila de Lima on Tuesday opened the second day of hearings on hundreds of killings linked to President Rodrigo Duterte's war on drugs with highlights from the previous day.

De Lima summarized witness accounts on the death of two drug suspects while under police custody in Pasay City and the alleged involvement of several Antipolo City policemen in the drug trade.
