Ipinatawag ng Department of Foreign Affairs si Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian at naghain rin ng diplomatic protest kasunod ng pagbuga ng water cannon ng China Coast Guard sa barko ng Pilipinas na patungo sana sa Ayungin Shoal.
