Owner of sunken MT Princess Empress apologizes for sea mishap

Officials of the company that owns the sunken tanker behind a massive oil spill in the waters off Oriental Mindoro appeared at a House hearing probing the incident.

The officials asserted they are providing aid to residents affected by the oil spill.
