A "no window hour" policy for the number coding scheme is in effect in all areas under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, the agency said Monday.

The number coding scheme will be implemented from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. in EDSA, C-5 Road, Commonwealth Avenue, and Mabuhay Lanes, said MMDA spokesperson Celine Pialago.

Violators risk a fine of P500, she said.

"Ito lang ho iyung hinihingi naming once a week sacrifice para naman ho sa mga private vehicles," she told ANC.
