Weekday shopping mall sales will no longer be allowed for the whole year, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.

MMDA General Manager Tim Orbos said mall owners have agreed not to have mall-wide sales from Monday to Friday for the whole year following a consultation with the Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (i-ACT).

Mall owners have also agreed to have mall deliveries at nighttime from 11 p.m .up to 5 a.m. the next day.
