New Clark Green City represents an ambitious initiative to develop a new metropolis and decongest Metro Manila, a real estate professional who has seen the plans for the new urban center said on Friday .

Architect Nestor Mangio, president of the Philippine chapter of FIABCI or the International Real Estate Federation, said the new city being built in Central Luzon will have lots of green spaces and will make use of the latest technology to keep it running.

"It will be a new metropolis avoiding the msitakes of Metro Manila," Mangio told ANC's Market Edge.

New Clark Green City is also one of the topics of discussion at the upcoming International Forum on Real Estate: "Your Global Forum" in Manila.
