By now, you must have heard at least once the infectiously catchy earworm "Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen" from Piko Taro, the stage name of Japanese entertainer Kazuhiko Kosaka. It is pretty hard to avoid considering how it swept the Internet around two months ago, garnering millions of views online and thousands of dance covers.

The bizarre song about fusing pens with fruits also earned Kosaka a Guinness World Record as his hit became the shortest song to break into the Billboard Hot 100.

Last Thursday, Kosaka paid Japan's Sesame Street a visit and taught Cookie Monster and Elmo how to properly do their version of "Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen."

And after the short tutorial (which you can view below), the leopard-print-loving comedian joined the show's stars and performed for young Japanese viewers their cover, "Cookie-Butter-Choco-Cookie."
