"The thing that I like about a Pacquiao-Crawford fight, is it would probably be held at 140-pounds, which is a more natural weight for Manny Pacquiao," Arum said on ESPN's First Take, as quoted by Boxing Scene.

Pacquiao himself has noted that he is not a natural welterweight, even saying he can drop to as low as 135-pounds. The "Pacman," who has won world titles in eight different weight divisions, has been competing in the 147-pound division since 2009.
