Phoenix's Calvin Abueva (88) was fined a total of P10,000. PBA Media Bureau

MANILA, Philippines – Phoenix forward Calvin Abueva has been docked P10,000 after twice showing a "dirty finger" during their games in the PBA Governors' Cup, the league announced on Monday afternoon.

Abueva was first fined P4,000 for the act during Phoenix's game against NLEX, and then got an additional P6,000 fine for doing the same in their intense match-up against San Miguel Beer.

The Fuel Masters defeated the Road Warriors, 123-97, but lost to the Beermen, 117-100.

Abueva was summoned to the league office on Monday before he was given the sanction.

Meanwhile, the PBA announced that San Miguel import Kevin Murphy is also set to meet with PBA commissioner Willie Marcial on Tuesday.

Murphy and Abueva got entangled in the closing stages of their game last Friday, with Murphy being called for a flagrant foul penalty 1 for catching "The Beast" in a headlock.
