The Queen Falcon was rushed to Cardinal Santos Medical Center after sustaining a broken ankle in the third set of Adamson’s 25-19, 25-20, 25-17, victory over College of St. Benilde in Group B of the inaugural Premier Volleyball League Collegiate Conference at the FilOil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Galanza broke her ankle after attempting a block in the third with the Lady Falcons up, 5-0. She was howling in pain and her teammates stunned with the awkward angle of her right foot.
