MANILA - Sen. Manny Pacquiao is gearing up for his first major concert.
The 40-year-old boxer-turned-lawmaker shared on Instagram short videos of his rendition of OPM hits "Pagsubok" by Orient Pearl and "Buwan" by Juan Karlos Labajo.
"I don't know if I can do it... but I'll try, do my best," he told his 5.4 million Instagram followers.
Pacquiao's September 1 concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City will be free for his fans.
His own hit songs include "Para Sa 'Yo" and "Bilog Ang Mundo."
Pacquiao's concert comes about a month after he seized the WBA welterweight championship from the hitherto unbeaten Keith Thurman with an age-defying split decision victory in July.
