Kansas University apparently has its eyes on US-based Filipino prospect Sage Tolentino.
The 7-foot tall, top high school player in Hawaii has received an offer to play for the NCAA Division I team, according to his Instagram post.
"Blessed to receive an offer from Kansas. Thanks to Coach (Bill) Self and Coach (Kurtis) Townsend for believing in me. All glory to God!," said the 16-year-old who posted a logo of the Jayhawks on Instagram.
Tolentino was an integral part of the Maryknoll High School teams that won the state championships in both 2019 and 2020.
He normed 13.5 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 3.5 blocks per game.
