MANILA, Philippines – Cignal-Ateneo will go for the kill when they face off against Centro Escolar University (CEU) in Game 4 of the 2019 PBA D-League finals on Tuesday at the Ynares Sports Arena.

The Blue Eagles took a 2-1 lead in the best-of-5 series after a comfortable 67-52 triumph in Game 3 last Thursday, following a shock 77-74 defeat to CEU in Game 2.

Coach Sandy Arespacochaga warned that they cannot look too far ahead, however.

"We have to play each game and be present for each game. We can't look past every game and we have to make sure we do our job for the next game," said the deputy mentor.

Isaac Go, who sat out Game 2, returned to stabilize the Blue Eagles in Game 3, while Ange Kouame and Thirdy Ravena continued to churn out solid numbers.

Game time is at 4 p.m.

CEU coach Derrick Pumaren stressed that the Scorpions have nothing to lose, as they are already proud to have reached the championship given all the team has endured.

"Like what I said before, these boys are already champions in my eyes. Whatever happens, we're just going to go out and try to give a hell of a fight to Ateneo," he said.

Senegalese slotman Maodo Malick Diouf will banner the Scorpions' attempt on extending the series to a decider, with Rich Guinitaran, Jerome Santos, and Franz Diaz providing support.
