MANILA, Philippines -- Two-time Olympian Donnie Geisler on Wednesday filed a complaint with the Philippine Competition Commission against the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA), alleging numerous abuses towards him.

Geisler did not elaborate the details in the complaint, but he said that with his lawyer, he decided to file the complaint after two Southeast Asian Games winners were reprimanded by the national sports association for guesting on his online Zoom taekwondo training sessions for children.

SEA Games champions Samuel Morrison and Arven Alcantara were reprimanded by the PTA and told to focus on their training instead. The two submitted a letter of apology and a courtesy resignation, but were pardoned and will remain on the national team.

"We just want to stop them from committing these abuses, and for Donnie to continue conducting his activities without pressure and harassment," said Atty. Jay Sangalang, Geisler's lawyer.
