MANILA, Philippines -- (UPDATE) PBA commissioner Willie Marcial on Tuesday made it clear that the Alaska Aces are not leaving the league -- as of now.

This, after a report Monday citing an unnamed source claimed the Aces are possibly on their way out of the PBA, as their parent company Alaska Milk Corp. has decided that running a basketball team is no longer "viable."

The commissioner said he has spoken to Alaska governor Dickie Bachmann, who laughed off the matter.
