MANILA, Philippines -- Justin Brownlee is still grieving the loss of his good friend and agent, Sheryl Reyes, one year after she passed away.

On Instagram, the Barangay Ginebra import posted a series of photos of him and Reyes, who was instrumental in bringing high-profile reinforcements and former NBA players to the Philippines.

Reyes passed away last year after a long battle with uterine cancer, at just 38 years old.

"I think about you everyday," Brownlee wrote. "All the things you did for me, my family and all your players… I will never forget. I'm always grateful."

"If it wasn't for you, I would've never did half the things in my career or even came close. You made me believe when I didn't have nothing to believe in. Still hurts (that) you're gone, but I know you're in a better place, watching from heaven," he added.

Aside from Brownlee, Reyes also worked with Renaldo Balkman, Stephon Marbury, and Lamar Odom.
