MANILA, Philippines – Filipino fans continued to mourn for Kobe Bryant on Monday night, after the Los Angeles Lakers star and his daughter Gianna, along with seven others, perished in a helicopter crash.

The globe at the SM Mall of Asia turned purple and gold, as did Uptown Mall in Bonifacio Global City. At the Araneta Coliseum – a place Bryant visited many times – fans showed up to pay tribute to the "Black Mamba."

And at the famed Tenement Court in Taguig City, Filipino artists turned the iconic blacktop into a massive tribute for Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter.

Hoops influencer Mike Swift posted a video on Instagram of painters working on a giant mural of Kobe and Gianna Bryant.

"We will forever love you, Kobe Bryant. We miss you and Gigi already," Swift wrote.

Bryant, 41, played for 20 seasons for the Los Angeles Lakers, winning five championships. He retired after the 2016 season as the third-leading scorer in NBA history – a mark since surpassed by LeBron James, the day before Bryant's death.
