MANILA, Philippines – San Beda College overcame Arellano University in four sets to secure the fourth and last semifinals berth in the NCAA Season 91 men's volleyball tournament Tuesday at the Arena in San Juan.

Five players, led by Mark Enciso, scored in double-digits as the Red Lions registered a 25-22, 25-20, 22-25, and 25-22 win in an hour and 50 minutes.

Enciso scored all 19 of his points on kills, while Gerald Zabala added 13 points and Alfie Mascari-as and Yeshua Manliclic had 12 points each for San Beda, which had a 58-42 advantage on spikes against Arellano.

After taking the first two sets, San Beda committed unforced errors in the third set and their attacks were snuffed by Arellano's Kenneth Aliyacyac at the net as Arellano extended the match.

The Chiefs raced to an early lead in the fourth set, but an injury to Joseph Cabillan sapped their momentum and the Red Lions were able to regain control.

Cabillan had 10 points before suffering an ankle injury. Aliyacyac led the Chiefs with 14 points, including three blocks.

San Beda will play the top-seeded Emilio Aguinaldo College in the Final Four on Friday. The Generals hold a twice-to-beat advantage and will need just one win to advance to the Finals.
