A Filipino body-builder was arrested this month by federal authorities in an international child pornography investigation in Queens, New York.

According to allegations from the US attorney, from September to October 2016, 26-year old, Keith Liwanag used Facebook to direct women in the Philippines to engage in sexual acts with children in exchange for money.

The US attorney said they discovered 10 recorded video conferences between Liwanag and women engaged in the child sex abuse.
