MANILA — Tropical storm Enteng has reintensified as it reached the waters west of Ilocos Norte, weather bureau Pagasa said in its 11 a.m. bulletin Tuesday.

Enteng is moving westward at 25 kph and packing a maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 105 km/h, and central pressure of 990 hPa.
