Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto confronted a market vendors' leader over the involvement of Quezon City residents in a rally against the construction of the new Pasig City Hall on Monday.
Balbadores, who started the rally with a megaphone at around 10 a.m., denied he came with what Sotto described as "hakot" protesters. The mayor earlier personally confirmed with individuals from the crowd that they had been shuttled to the protest venue from Quezon City.
