With only a little over three months before the October 1-8 filing of COC by the would-be 2025 candidates, and amid the citizenship issue hounding Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo, Garcia reiterated his earnest advice to Filipino voters to question the qualifications of an aspirant if they have doubts, particularly, on the issue of citizenship, voter's registration, age and literacy.
