MANILA—A fireworks manufacturing facility in Bocaue town, Bulacan was razed Saturday night, disrupting the power supply in the area.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the blaze at A.T. Sayo Enterprises started at about 7:15 p.m. before the fire reached the third alarm. Damage to structure cost about P400,000.
Residents said they thought the shop was holding a fireworks display.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
