He is now an Administrative Aide IV at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) 2nd District Engineering Office in Cagayan de Oro.</div></figcaption></figure></div><p>CAGAYAN DE ORO - A government employee was arrested by the City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group for sniffing shabu Tuesday evening.</p><p>Ritchie Babia Jr., 27, was caught in the act of sniffing shabu inside a shanty in Punta, Barangay Macabalan.</p><p>Police Inspector Mario Mantala Jr., Deputy Chief of CAIDSOTG, said a concerned citizen in the area tipped them off about an ongoing drug session.</p><p>Operatives recovered one sachet of suspected shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia like improvised tooter, lighter and foil.</p><p>Babia is currently working as an Administrative Officer IV of the Department of Public Works and Highways 2nd District Engineering Office in Cagayan de Oro.</p><p>Babia insisted that someone set him up but admitted to using shabu that time.</p>
