MANILA — The Professional Regulation Commission and the Board for Professional Teachers announced Sunday that 28,973 elementary teachers and 54,179 high school teachers passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers last September 29.
MANILA — The Professional Regulation Commission and the Board for Professional Teachers announced Sunday that 28,973 elementary teachers and 54,179 high school teachers passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers last September 29.
According to PRC and BPT, only 31.34 percent of the 92,440 examinees passed the examination for elementary teachers while 39.68 percent out of 136,523 examinees made the cut for the examination for secondary teachers.

Kezia Keren Ambag (Philippine Normal University-Mindanao), Joshua Sebigan Canseco (Mindanao State University-Gen. Santos City) and Anjo Jurado Literatus (Saint Mary's College-Tagum) all placed first in the elementary level with a rating of 92.60 percent.
