Twenty-four Negrense centenarians were honored during the 118th Al Cinco de Noviembre celebration at the provincial capitol in Bacolod City on Saturday morning.

Each centenarian received P100,000 in cash and a certificate.

Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon Jr. also gave the centenarians Negros Occidental Comprehensive Health Program cards.
