CEBU - Police on Wednesday arrested a Japanese man for allegedly attempting to seize a weapon at a hotel while drunk.

The suspect, identified as Veno Takuma from Osaka, Japan, was accused of trying to take a security guard's firearm.

When the guard barred him from coming in because he was tipsy, Takuma allegedly got angry and tried to pull out the security guard's gun.
