Search and retrieval operations continued on Tuesday following a landslide in Ucab, Itogon, Benguet during the onslaught of Typhoon Ompong.

Ompong, the strongest typhoon so far to hit the Philippines this year, ripped through northern Luzon over the weekend, leaving a trail of destruction and killing scores in its path.

It left at least 74 people dead and dozens other trapped after a landslide buried an emergency shelter in Itogon.
