MANILA - Singaporean President Halimah Yacob on Tuesday visited Davao City, President Rodrigo Duterte's hometown, during her 5-day visit in the country.

The Singaporean leader earlier visited Manila and laid a flower wreath before the monument of Dr. Jose Rizal at Luneta Park in the capital. She also went to the opening of Singaporium, a meeting among the members of the Philippines-Singapore Business Council in Manila.
