PNP chief orders reshuffle of Mimaropa, Zamboanga top cops

MANILA - The head of the Philippine National Police has reshuffled the regional directors of Mimaropa and Zamboanga, according to an order made public on Monday.

In the order dated September 7, PNP chief, Director General Oscar Albayalde tapped Southern Police District chief Tomas Apolinario, Jr as the new chief of the Mimaropa police.

Apolinario will replace Chief Supt. Emmanuel Licup, who will lead Zamboanga police, replacing retiring Chief Superintendent Billy Beltran.
